Horrible place to live with horrible management! I've lived here for six months and this place is a joke! Maintenance doesn't know how to do anything it's all guesswork. The leasing Lady in the office says one thing and then will tell corporate she said another. You will get threaten to be evicted over the smallest things even if you pay your rent on time. They do not clean before you move then they do not background check before you move then therefore you are living with pedophiles in the same building as your children. This place is nothing but a joke I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. Drugs are around here everywhere my neighbor is a drug dealer but like I said no background checks. You will run across heroin needles and spoons on the sidewalks were your kids walk on. I just advise

The layout is nice, although I do have to say it is very noisy here with the neighbors we have constantly arguing, kids always playing in the parking lot, and the train tracks adding to noise pollution. We did not receive clean carpet and there was mold in our bathroom when we first moved in. This place is okay

I live in Glenbrook Townhouses and recently had money stolen from my apartment after maintenance had been in here changing the furnace filters. I reported it to leasing who then had Myron Roberts Management contact me. They then informed me that the leasing office gave them a statement that was completely different than the one I gave them and that they have known these employees for years and did not believe me. Needless to say they will not give my money back and have been absolutely no help resolving the matter. They clearly are not concerned with the fact that $200.00 went missing from my apartment after their employees were here. I do not appreciate the way the man from Myron Roberts handled the situation in any way and I will NEVER live in any building owned by Myron Roberts going fo

Great memories here. I wouldn't mind living here again. I loved the layout.

Friends live here and recommend it. Also like the set up of the town houses.
