Glen Oaks Apartments

Spacious family living apartments, but was truly mice-infested. Not enough preventative care for outside and inside renovations to fix the problem.

This community is very safe for family with kids, very good schools, the staffs are friendly and professional. They have clean environment, only concern is the parking. You only get one parking space for a three bedroom and it is hard to find a guest parking especially at night but overall it is a nice place. Whenever I move to Greenbelt, I always come back to Glen Oaks apartment.

Garbage. Lived here since 2019 and now I can't wait to leave. If you love mice running around your home and Glen Oaks using the cheapest exterminators who do absolutely nothing to handle the situation then you should live here. I would highly advise you to buy mint spray to keep them at bay btw. They also love shutting down the water at any point. They waited until we froze for days and had to leave the oven on for hours to warm up, to finally turn the heat on. They also think it's OK to shut the power down for TWO days for electrical issues that they caused. There's a reason why apartments usually don't offer Verizon due to the digging, but they thought it was a smart idea to drill holes in the ground and place these devices in our apartments. Mouse issue..see one once in awhile but it’s really gross and scary makes you on edge. Other than that pretty good large space and maintenance is really nice and fast. Exterminator came lots of times and still see baby mouses smh should not have to live like that especially with the prices being so high

Glen oaks is absolutely useless. Save your coins, As I speak, my fridge and freezer do not have electricity and I cannot reach anyone to fix it. They have rats, bugs, all sorts of rodents creeping through the vent and they charge just as much as a “lux” apartment. It’s 1 parking spot per apartment and even if you have a 2 or 3 bdrm. Th
