ZERO STARS. This place is awful. The Property manager, Denise Profit, neglects tenants’ needs consistently. We made the mistake of renewing our lease and will not be doing that again. Maintenance requests are never fulfilled, noise complaints are ignored, tenants are not held responsible for picking up their dog poop, the dumpster is always crowded with literal furniture and various items that are not ever thrown in the trash. When emailing Denise about this issue, her response was “Yes, some residents place trash, furniture, mattress in dumpster area. Our junk removal will be on property this Monday. Will be send reminder notices to residents.” Direct quote from an email. Apparently this is acceptable standards for her. It’s a clear violation of Everett Municipal Codes. It’s a mess here a

My partner and I lived here for 8 years. We got in because it was the most affordable apartments in the area at the time, and considering the location and age of the apartments, we didn't expect much. Management changed several times, as well as maintenance staff. And it's always understaffed with both, at least that's the impression we had. It's not a glamorous place to live, but we liked it overall. The apartment had various issues over the years, but nothing catastrophic. When we needed repairs, they would get done, just sometimes it would take a while. I didn't mind the area, though sometimes it felt sketchy. Being by schools and the fire station, though, we felt a certain level of security. We would move back if we needed to.

I don't know where to start, there's too many great things! I've lived in apartments for two decades and this is by far my favorite place of residence. The maintenance staff, Tyler and Seth, work tirelessly to ensure all requests are completed promptly and to keep the property clean and running well! Thank you both, you're fantastic! The management. Clarissa and Jamie, are also amazing! They're always on top of things and provide superb service! Any time I've needed a document, a package, a special time for a maintenance request, or anything it has been taken care of with immediate attention. Thank you! The entire staff is warm and friendly, which is not always the case for apartment complexes. For once I feel the staff truly cares about its residents. ...AND I have a HUGE laundry room!!!

Hands down the best cheap non-low-income apartments for miles! To be honest, there are many valid complaints about these apartments like poorly maintained amenities, slow response to issues, occasionally frustrating encounters with the management, the unsafe area, etc. but to me that's exactly what I expect at this price point. I'm not paying top dollar for the best service in the world, I'm paying the bare minimum for rent and management does the bare minimum to keep the wheels turning and to me that's perfectly fine B- job.

Worst place to live in they will rip you off when you try to move out. Management is extremely rude and unhelpful. We lived in a one bedroom for a year and left the apartment clean and carpet cleaned before we left we still got charged 698$ for cleaning fees and for painting. We totally understand that you don’t always get the security deposit back but they charged us an additional 698$ when we went in to talk to the manager just to see where our deposit went and why the cleaning fee was so high she couldn’t and wouldn’t answer any of our questions she was rude and dismissive as soon as we walked in and then kicked us out and told us to talk to corporate without explaining anything after she said she would. we never said we weren’t going to pay we just wanted more information. Do not live
