Ive spent six years at this property and had a very pleasant experience. Carmina in the front office is a very cordial, caring and professional property manager. Handles all concerns very quickly. The maintenance technicians handle every issue quickly as well. I enjoyed living here. Its quiet, pet friendly and the lake is fun if you like fishing. Have fun!!!

I have had the most pleasant experience with this apartment. Carmina, the leasing agent, was incredibly patient , responsive, and pleasant during the entire application process. She took her time and made sure my apartment was in perfect condition before I moved in. Maintenance is very timely with handling repairs and I have had not 1 issue. The complex itself is incredibly clean and the landscape is very natural and serene. I love to watch the sunset at the lake. Overall I could not be more satisfied with my experience here.

I’ve been really enjoying my stay so far. The community is quiet, well-kept, and feels safe. The best part has been the management team—especially Carmina. She is always super helpful, attentive, and truly embodies what great customer service should look like. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she’s gone above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. It makes such a big difference to have someone so reliable and kind as part of the team here. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to move in and look forward to the rest of my lease!

I have only lived here for almost a week, and I do not regret my decision to move here. Carmina is amazing, helpful, and very responsive! The community is quiet, and my neighbors even offered to help me bring boxes in. Everything listed on my walk through was complete within days. This has been the best experience so far! Im excited to continue my lease for the next year!

Glacier Court has been a safe, well kept, quiet community. Carmina (manager) and her team have been so very helpful and attentive to my requests. They are always ready to help above and beyond the normal. They have a great special on pricing of their units. I can’t say enough good thing about this property and the management and her team. I look forward to the rest of my lease.
