Gillespie Properties

I have been renting from Gillespie Properties for over ten years, and I’ve never had any issues regarding maintenance repairs. They respond quickly and address the situation at hand. They keep the grass cut and the bushes trimmed to make the neighborhood look very nice. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Saw a small apartment complex with signs that read for lease. Had balloons & everything. The complex is off Robinwood Rd beside a church. I called the number on there signs. The woman said she doesn't know what I'm talking about, they don't have anything available. If that ain't the universe telling me not to deal with these people idk what is.

Pretty decent property management group. All those associated with it are really great people to work with. They've been very wonderful to my mom and myself as we both rent through them. There are very minor issues but nothing worth going all KAREN over which is common with all rental agencies. However, they are constantly improving with great strides. If you're looking for a place with great people and service, I'd recommend Gillespie be your first go to.

I live in an apartment complex owned by Gillespie Properties and they claim to provide clean and affordable housing. The affordable is 110% laughable. We pay $1,340 a month for a very tiny apartment that's worth $850 at most, and now they have the only entrance to my parking area blocked off and we can't get in or out at all. I can't leave to get my kid from school. If my husband were to need medical assistance, he wouldn't be able to get it. This is not cool at all. They don't have reviews available on their Facebook page...and probably for good reason. The lady in the office is very nice, and the lady I expressed my concerns to was very nice, but the crew that is currently blocking off my only exit from my building was super rude.

I have been in Gatewood Apartments for almost 5 years . Love the location and the neighborhood is very quiet .Th apartment is pretty energy efficient and the maintenance is very prompt Only complaint is not having a landlord for very long at a time ( seem to come and go very quick) , the issue with that is keeping some neighbors in check ( kids run wild and leave their trash everywhere) Seems to be ONE tenant!
