My daughter has lived here and it's a basic apartment complex. I feel it's in need of a little renovation.

I’d give ZERO stars if I could. This place rejected my application without even processing it. And the property manager Brenda threatened to call the police on me when I came back to get my application. If you are a POC with no income- don’t waste your time here even though the place accepts housing vouchers. I filed a complaint with HUD; nothing happened.

The little guy that manages the buildings was sketchy. He wouldn't give me my security deposit back because he "had to shampoo the rugs". I would also leave my apartment and come back to find things in different places. Not like i left them. Lights on, drawers pulled halfway out, my stuff rummaged through. I asked the management "who has been in my apartment without reasonable cause?" "No one" he said. "Well i put a camera in my apartment" I said. And then like magic, the weird things stopped happening. No one was going through my apartment while i wasn't there anymore. Pretty sure his name was Joe, and he was a slime ball.

Was highly interested in this place until property manager asked me how willing I would be to get rid of our dog because he's over their ridiculously low weight limit of 20 lbs

Pros: good location, feels safe, everyone is nice/keeps to themselves, cute place, fairly priced, good parking Cons: you can never get a hold of anyone from the office, there is never anyone at the office, places are pretty small, neighbors can be pretty loud(where we are), pet weight limit is extremely low, neighborhood is not well kept up
