BRIAR CREEK VILLAS APTS

On January 20, 2024 a water sprinkler broke on the third floor and ruined five apartments. My apartment is on the first floor. Two of my walls and part of the ceiling were ripped out and thrown on my new carpet. This carpet was installed January 18th.. The company who did the work used my carpet as a drop cloth as they replaced the drywall. They did not cover my furniture or protect the carpet as they did the repairs therefore my new carpet is covered in paint. My entire apartment has a layer of white dust. My furniture, wall hangings and books are ruined.. Briar Creek management refuses to replace the carpet after the flood.. They absolutely do not care about people. Wilhoit Properties is responsible to manage this senior housing complex. This building does not have a proper maintenance t

This is a great place to live. Our leasing consultant who manages over here is excellent. She has really good P.R. is so helpful to everyone. Shes well spoken well mannered and very professional. Things really took a turn for the better once she got here. Love my apt. Pet friendly. Everything good.

The apartments are very nice, modern, and updated, and provides excellent security, and plenty of amenities with the bathrooms on every floor in the hallways, and a water fountain on every floor also. It is also nice to have the nice luxurious lobby, the elevator is nice and spacious as well.

Professional lease agent. Clean well maintained apartments. Full sized appliances limited gymn. There is minimal activities. No transportation or recreation area. I will live there.

Beautiful and spacious apartments with roomy kitchens balconies and main meeting room and elevators a very nice building
