Center 301 Apartments

I love my apartment. But there isn’t enough parking spots in the gate. And there is this car that never moves is parked by the door taking up the parking spot. Should be outside the gate. Dog owners must be responsible for their dog waste. Also tenants don’t respect public space such as around trash dumpsters

⭐ 1/5 — Would not recommend living here. My experience with this apartment complex was incredibly frustrating. The front office was disorganized and unhelpful, especially when it came to move-out costs. We were told different totals multiple times, and when we questioned the inconsistencies, they refused to honor what was said in person because it “wasn’t in writing.” Very unprofessional. Maintenance was quick to respond, but unfortunately not very helpful. Our carpets were never professionally cleaned like they were supposed to be — the office kept putting it off with no real resolution. We also had ongoing problems with our heating and cooling system. It ran constantly, and at first maintenance admitted there was an issue… then later claimed nothing was wrong. There always seemed to be

The maintenance team here at Center 301 is by far the best of the best! I have lived in apartments all across the country and have yet to experience such a consistent punctuality to quick response times as this maintenance team continues to do. I am beyond impressed and will always give praise when it is due. Thank you maintenance for being amazing at what you do! Thank you!

The buildings are very poorly constructed. There is very little insulation and you can hear EVERYTHING. There are cracks in the walls and separations between the floor and the walls which allow for little creatures to enter the units. The staff is very nice and helpful and will respond to maintenance issues in a reasonable time frame. Also, there is no assigned parking for residents and there are many times I had no where to park thus causing me to pay an additional $125 for a garage.
