Encore Apartments

I’ve lived at Encore in a single bedroom apartment for approximately five months. In that time period I have never once found myself displeased with the establishment. The buildings are newer, nice, and I’ve never heard my neighbors. The grass around and about the grounds is well manicured. People are quiet and pets are well managed. The gym at the clubhouse has nice equipment and defines the word clean. I got a discount for being a healthcare worker, so that’s super cool too. Camille, receptionist and a friendly face who facilitated my tour when considering Encore, is courteous, competent, and charismatic! Hi to who ever .. we had a one bedroom for the last 24 plus months at the encore . It was time for living large or at lease a bigger apartment. I kick around other places but nothing felt right. I talk to Camille at the office (encore apartments) about what was available for when my lease was up. We settled on a new apartment.. she was great as far as what was required of me to switch apartments.. told me the deposits and all that. As she was getting things ready she ask.. would you want to move sooner? She showed me the two bedroom I had wanted from the first time I saw it 2 yrs ago. I moved into Encore recently and it’s been a great experience. The community is clean and well kept, and the 24/7 gym was a big selling point for me because I work crazy hours for my job. The staff has been helpful, and the one-bedroom has more space than I expected. Excited to take advantage of the outdoor amenities this summer. I’d recommend Encore to anyone looking for a modern, affordable place to live.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex. The grounds are always clean and well maintained, and the community feels safe and welcoming. The management team is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about resident satisfaction—they handle questions and maintenance requests quickly and with a great attitude. My apartment is quiet, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with modern finishes and plenty of storage. The amenities are a huge plus, especially the fitness center and outdoor spaces, which make it easy to relax or get some fresh air without leaving home. Overall, this has been one of the best places I’ve lived, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

I just for starters want to say I never actually moved into these apartments. However, I did sign a lease and got an offer to move to Florida to do some work there for a couple of months. This apartment literally let me out of my lease without any penalties at all after everything was signed and everything. They were completely understanding and wanted me to do what was best for my life. When I come back to Missouri, I definitely will be applying again for these apartments and living here. The staff is amazing, friendly, everything seemed super clean and they actually do a lot for their tenants. I have never met another leasing company that would just let you out of their lease because you had something pop up. They did not have to do that at all.
