Gentle Pines Apartments

Just based management, this is a wonderful place to live. Sure the surrounding areas could be better but home is what you make it. If you decorate, and keep it clean, just like any other apartment. Hope and Kathy are the beat and Mr. Moye is the best! Lowest rent around! Ps, if you don't like mariachi music on Sunday afternoons, you won't like it here

Loved living here. Right outside of downtown Columbia. I would easily move back in a heart beat. I was blessed to have a home right across from the office on the corner. Two bedrooms and rent it super reasonably. Office managers were very kind and took good care of us. They are a no non-sense place but that being said you shouldn’t want that in your home. Reasonable place to live with a local corner store embedded in the community. Many people living here have lived here for years. Playgrounds in every section of the complex with lots of families with children. Right around the corner from the event school.

The photo does not represent the apartment complex. It is a decent place to live. I lived there for 4 years. The only real compaint I have is it could be better insulated the energy cost is rediculous. The kids in the neighborhood are horrible and management tries to deter some of the problems but not some of the really bad issues that came up. Overall not a bad place to live. The maintenance staff is great!

The office building looks way better than the apartments. I live up from these apartments and the police are go up there regularly. Do not recommend any disabled or elderly to live there.
