Generation Homes - Office

Generations has now built two homes for me. I liked the first one so much I wanted to go through the whole process again! I have also gone through this process with other builders and they do not compare to Generations. Aside from the high quality product, Generations’ communication, efforts, diligence, pro-activity, and transparency is incomparable. I also feel that the costing is very fair and reasonable. It has been a couple years in my current home now, and I feel like I can call Cora or Mike (my project manager) any time with questions or help. This has been very different to other experiences, where after that one year warranty they tend to fall off the face of the earth. The whole group was very professional and amazing to work with on a daily basis. Every build has hurdles/challenges as did we. However, Mike, our project manager, was never stumped and made a hurdle seem like a small bump in the road. I would use Generation Homes again without hesitation to build another home.

Generation Homes was awesome to work with. They did great design work, were professional and responsive, and the quality of the home they built us is impressive. Quality people. Great to work with.
