Really beautiful apartments! It’s a secluded area close to Target and shopping. The soft close huge cabinets are a nice touch. Ella was wonderful to work with for getting a tour and initial info. Definitely check it out if you are considering moving!

Great spot if you work in Charlotte but don’t want to pay Charlotte prices. The apartment is spacious, the area is peaceful, and management has been nothing but helpful.

I’ve had a really positive experience at Gastonia Groves. The apartments are nicely updated with modern finishes, and the community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The management team is responsive and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The location is also very convenient, close to shopping and main roads, which makes daily living easier. Overall, it’s a comfortable and welcoming place to live—I would definitely recommend it to others!

I recently visited this complex and it blew me away how much it has changed. Since my most recent experience at the property last year, is clear that it has been completely overhauled, inside and out. Everything feels new and high-quality: Modern kitchen with quartz counters & stainless appliances, scraped ceilings, sleek new flooring, fresh neutral paint, ceiling fans, updated bathrooms, new windows, and more. I met the manager on site and she was very friendly and helpful. After looking at dozens of older, half-updated places with high rents, this remodeled building is clearly the best value for the money. It is truly a hidden gem!
