I leased with them for about 4 years and never had an issue. When i called or put in a work order they were sure to get to it within the week or if it was heati g and cooling within the day! I would truly recommend them to anyone!

When I first read negative reviews about this company, I honestly thought people were being dramatic. But after living in our apartment for three years, I completely understand—and I wish I had listened. The first two years were fine, but everything went downhill in year three. We experienced constant water damage coming from the A/C unit. It was a recurring issue that was never fully fixed—just patched up temporarily. The ceiling began peeling to the point that we could see the sheetrock. Mold started growing, and I began to get sick. I was in and out of the doctor’s office, not realizing at the time that the mold was the root cause. These people are absolutely the worst. They decided not to renew my lease because I requested things to be fixed. Then when theh decided to ignore my request I would bring up tenant rights and law. This company does not like customers that actually stand up for themselves. They don't want to fix things in a timely manner but expect that you pay rent in a timely manner or be charged a late fee. Well there should be a late fee for them not fixing problems quickly. The people that run this place are horrible and just slumlords. This is not a company I would recommend anyone rent from. They will want you out if you ask for things to be fixed.

They aren't professional at all. They BARELY came and fixed anything. My family lived with MOLD that came from them messing with our AC, & they didn't come until my wife told the landlord that lives in the houses said we had trash in our yard, after 6months if not longer they came & PAINTED OVER IT! THE AIR CONDITIONER WENT OUT PLENTY OF TIMES, PLENTY OF WEEKENDS ME & MY ONE YEAR OLD CHILD WENT WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONER ON HOT SUMMER DAYS! They raised our rent without RAISING ANYONE ELSES! We moved out, & now they are saying the deposit we gave them when we first moved in DOESN'T cover the air conditioning cleaning fee. They over charge & never did anything. The landlord who lives in the apartment Building IS ALWAYS IN EVERYONE BUSINESS! I don't recommend anyone living here.

Office staff is unfriendly and always has an attitude. Takes 3+ calls to get the maintenance man Chuck to fix even the slightest problem. Staff routinely enters apartments without notice to change the air filter. Walls are literally paper-thin, I can hear everything. Every cabinet door shut, every step, every bang of a toothbrush on the counter, can nearly make out full conversations. Sleep is almost impossible, constantly interrupted by bangs, steps, and the ceiling creaking (sounds like it's going to cave in on me). No security cameras or lights in the parking lot, even after several cars have been broken into. Will not rent from Garvey and Garvey ever again.
