The management company and ownership are HORRIBLE. All sorts of bogus fees, they charge $50 'convenience fee if you drop the rent off at their own office! They don't maintain their properties well but have slick fees for everything. AC was down for 2 Building has had mice and the super makes poorly done unprofessional repairs. You should be ashamed of this operation in East Orange.
If there was -5 star i would input it. Very unprofessional staff. DO NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE. Very untidy and overall- professionalism from getting your deposit. Also, make sure you take pictures of even inside the dishwasher - he will use a picture from who knows where to claim dishwasher is dirty. Still fighting to get my deposit back.
The new management and staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and always easy to reach. Highly recommend!
