I’ve experienced ongoing issues with the management and communication practices at this property that make living here more stressful than it needs to be. For example, residents have received automated notices about “outstanding balances” even when accounts are already paid in full. Instead of proactive correction or clear communication, tenants are left to sort out the confusion themselves. Some leasing agents are also trained to provide vague or non-committal responses, which makes it difficult to get direct answers on policies, fees, or concerns. Non-compliance fees have been charged without transparent explanation, and it often feels like residents are expected to just accept charges without clarity. The application process was quick and efficient. Alisha Gonzalez from the leasing office was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way and went above and beyond to assist me with settling into my new apartment. Everyone has been very kind and welcoming, and I would highly recommend this community.

I started my life at RiverTrace from Oct 2025, and I’m very satisfied with this great apartment. This apartment is always clean and well organized. And the leasing office representative, Chanelly is very kind and supportive. I was able to easily complete my application thanks to her and even after started to live here, she is always willing to support all residents.

I lived at Rivertrace for 18 months and was generally content, despite frequent elevator issues and faulty door locks. However, the serious issue began after I moved out: the leasing company has failed to return my deposit. They promised to send a check within one month of move-out, but it never arrived. After I followed up, they claimed it was sent—without providing a tracking number—and I later discovered they used an incorrect address. (Or they never sent it out) I’ve repeatedly provided my correct address and requested a trackable delivery or alternative payment methods like wire transfer or Zelle, yet I’ve received no response for weeks, even after an out-of-office reply from the contact person. This lack of accountability is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the leasing

It has been a great experience from start to finish with this building and management company! Julian and all the staff have been so friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience between signing the lease and moving in. So far, the best experience I’ve had ever renting an apartment!
