The management team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The location is perfect—quiet, safe, and close to everything you need. I highly recommend Solo West New York to anyone looking for a high-quality apartment living experience!

I really enjoy living at 321 Solo West. Management has always been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance—issues are addressed promptly and professionally. They also provide clear and supportive guidance when needed. The maintenance team is equally impressive: quick to respond and always willing to help with a great attitude. I truly feel part of a well-managed, caring community, and I hope to continue living here for many years to come.

I have lived here since they opened in 2021 and highly recommend this place. The new property managers Maryana and Danielle are very communicative and you always know whats going on and update with emails if there are any changes about to happen so you know ahead of time. Their mantenance team is very responsive and have even fixed everyday issues thats can happen in less than 12 hours. There is always management around and I work nights into sometimes midday so its nice to be able to talk to someone in person if/ when needed and know someone is always around.
