Gallery Apartments, The

I have lived at Gallery since 2022 and have been consistently happy with my apartment. The community is always well-maintained and clean, and the office staff have been nothing but respectful and professional throughout my time here. Solange the property manager is very friendly and respectful. Their attentiveness and courtesy have made living here a positive experience.

Parking is a struggle for any one with 2 cars. Jose Rosales who is the maintenance man is very professional, courteous and gets the job done. Always comes in with a smile and asks if there is anything else he can help with. Roaches in my unit are non- existent

This place is infested with roaches and plumbing is not up to code, I had an outside plumber let me know this should be reported to the city and it’s sooo bad it’s eligible for a class action lawsuit with all the tenants. It’s an unhealthy living situation and rent keeps going up despite the poor condition of the complex. The only good thing is Jose the maintenance man. He’s a hard worker, humble person. He is the best.

I live here at the Gallery. Hallways always smelling good thanks to Thomas & Esperanza keeping the building clean . Also want to thank the front office Solange great manager and Diana .. always kind . I want to thank the maintenance team as well great work . My work orders they were done clean and professional. This place is disgusting. Roaches everywhere — I mean everywhere. Kitchen, bathroom, walls, you name it. Management couldn’t care less. Every time you complain, they act annoyed like you’re the problem. Maintenance never shows up, the laundry room smells like something died, and the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors sneeze. The photos online are total lies — this place is a dump. I can’t believe I’m paying rent to live in a roach motel run by people who clearly don’t care. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away. We moved out after a few months and we had to throw all our furniture away because of the said roaches.
