Gala at Texas Parkway

I would not recommend, 12 management company , the apartment complex and jubliee is not five-year old. They have a lots of people in here both places that should not be here: that can't live independently. People who don't go to sleep: people who watch on the open floors 2,3,4, to see who is coming in and who's leaving. Then you have people who beat on the walls 2 floor and 3 floor, then the first floor can hear all of this. The 2 floor and 3 floor have beef ,so the floor is caught up behind some people bulletin. Don't know these people. Management says it's the pipes when you turn on the hot water. Remember, 12 management company. No body in management want to do anything, just collect a paycheck. This is a quiet setting, enjoyed it very much, like to return because looking out the windows, even at the poolside makes me feel serene and cozy!

They don't have locks on any of the Access Gates

The Gala should receive no stars. This post is on behalf of my mom. My handicap elderly mother lived in the Gala from Oct 2023 to Oct 2024. We chose not to renew my mom’s lease because of the mold that unfortunately was all over the apartment but mostly in the living room near the windows. The mold started forming after the really bad storm in Texas. The power was out for days, we eventually took my mom to relatives because no power. The apartment management did not do any repairs or try to remove the mold from my mom’s apartment. We attempted several times to have management resolve the issue but they never did and the mold remained. 30 days before my mom’s lease was ending, we submitted a notice of vacating by Oct 31, 2024. Living at Gala at Texas Parkway has been great. The community is peaceful, the grounds are well-kept, and everything is close by. I always feel safe and comfortable here, and it’s a perfect place to relax after a busy day.
