Horrible construction! Crappy materials and even worse service to get the home installed! The roof on half of my house is 3” longer than the other half!!! Nail holes and staple holes everywhere!! Paint on the fixtures, the front door is improperly hung, no flooring supplies to cover the joint between the two halves. Missing fixtures glass the list goes on!! No one will return called from the factory or the area manager. If I could give them negitive stars I would!!!

Poorly built trailers. Our floor is caving in from a plumbing issue or a sealing issue, not sure which one. The electrical work is sketchy to say the least, already had to redo the electrical work in one of the bedrooms. The water comes through the bottom of the door when it trains. Just overall very cheaply built. I honestly feel like even I could build this trailer but better.

I have too many complaints to even post here. In short, it looks like a band of rabid weasels built this house. Nails exposed all over, walls bowed, floors dipped, not one straight cabinet, windows bowed, doors uneven, trim missing, island top comes off of base with a pinky, AC was improperly installed and wrong size for homes square footage, cheap parts, crooked outlets, plastic along floor and wall showing, and more. Sure they say they wanna come fix stuff, but why not build it properly to begin with? Worst ordeal my family and I have ever encountered. Biggest regret ever.

Grandmother Received home on December 8th it is now falling apart! Air conditioning is horrible! Interior is horrible! Nails everywhere ! Defects on walls! They will not return calls! No communication at all about fixing things! Do not Purchase from them very unprofessional!

Whole place filled with nails! After delivering here, I inspected my tires and 2 drive tires each had a nail in them! Not cool at all. Drivers you’ve been warned!
