Our family had an incredible time at this home! The chef-style kitchen made it easy to prepare amazing meals, and the spacious layout gave everyone room to relax—whether enjoying quiet time alone or gathering together in the common areas. Even though it rained for most of our stay, the home’s great features helped us make unforgettable memories. We loved the game nights, hot tub, movie marathons, and music throughout the house—it was a huge hit with our whole family. We highly recommend this place and definitely look forward to staying here again!

151 House is a spectacular home, perfect for a getaway for multiple families or large groups. It has been designed with a focus on maximizing the guest experience. There is an incredible great room with a chef’s kitchen, plenty of dining space and lounging space for watching sports or movies. The outdoor spaces are amazing, and we enjoyed fishing right on the property-with some success. One highlight was roasting s’mores at the fire pit (complimentary sticks and supplies provided). The location is great, situated on Lake Oconee, we rented a boat and jet skis during our stay and could dock right at the house. We appreciated the beautiful decor, en suite bathrooms and all the amenities provided by the hosts. There were 14 of us ranging from ages 8 to 80 and we all had a blast. We did

Our stay at the 151 House on Lake Oconee was absolute perfection. The home is stunning! It is modern, spotless, and designed with every detail in mind. The lake views are unreal from nearly every room, and the outdoor space is straight out of a resort: infinity pool, hot tub, fire pit, and plenty of room to relax. Every bedroom felt private and luxurious, and the kitchen and common areas made it easy for our group to gather comfortably. Whether we were watching the sunset from the dock or lounging by the pool, everything about this property exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a peaceful, high-end getaway on the lake, this is the one. We can’t wait to come back!

The gathering spaces were intimate yet the bedrooms were distant and private. No detail was overlooked. The home’s warmth left our hearts aglow.
