I am leasing a home that the PAXISgroup built a few years ago. The fireplace gas starter was not working when I moved into the house. I called John to ask if he had any suggestions on what I should do. He stopped by that day and determined the gas starter line was occluded. John spent an hour fixing the problem himself even though the house is over three years old and out of warranty. Very appreciative of his help.
