Fulton's Crossing and Landing

Fultons crossing has easily been one of the easiest and most welcoming experiences I have ever had. The unit i have rented is beautiful and spacious. The price is also extremely fair. The whole apartment has been modernized which gives it a new era feel. The amenities make you feel as if you are in a resort setting. The staff and maintenance team are top tier. Super inviting, friendly and comforting. The interactions so far with other tenants have been very pleasant. This is a 10/10 experience and would highly recommend for future residency. I cant put it into words as to how wonderful I feel joining this community. Great job leasing team!

Five year resident here and for having moved from out of state without getting to see the apartments first, we couldn’t have picked better. No problem neighbors, grounds well cared for, and while the apartments are older the maintenance staff does a great job. Mike from the maintenance team in particular goes above and beyond. He just recently did several repairs from normal wear and while he was here, he found and fixed additional issues before they became real problems.

This is actually a nice place to live, especially for the price. You're walking distance to all kinds of restaurants, groceries, etc. It's very affordable, and generally the people living there seem to care. A lot of people have decorations on their porches, etc... and there's a real effort to keep the place up. It actually has the feel of a small college campus. The only cons aren't really their fault. There are homeless in the area. I personally haven't had any issues with them, and they mostly seem to keep to themselves. Make sure you lock your car/vehicle or someone will break in and steal everything of value. I forgot to lock up my car and had a dashcam stolen, but apart from that one incident I've had no trouble

I like this property. The maintenance staff as well as the office staff have been very helpful on numerous occasions as well as very professional. No matter what I came in for know what no matter what I've called for they've always been able to put me in the right direction. It's a very big property and I feel like it's maintained pretty well. It's not where you live it's how you live and they definitely make me feel at home. Each staff is welcoming in their own way and helpful in their own way. There's been a couple times where I've just called and asked if they could help get a screw out of the wall because my drill wasn't working or other little simple small things and they've been able to accommodate. Just moved in and our dryer was not working. Mike Pitzer from Maintenance came out right away and fixed it. Mike was Awesome!! Great guy to deal with and was very happy with his quick and efficient work.
