They were professional, responsive, and made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate how welcoming and supportive they’ve been. The new owner/ manager has done an amazing job at Fulton Flats West. The interior units have modern upgrades, nicest units around, and the commons are painted and there's new carpet. has laundry and storage and garages too! Clean! Nice people! Highly recommend!

My vehicle was stolen and later found parked at the back of this complex. Despite multiple attempts to contact the management by phone, no one responded, and I had to visit the leasing office in person to request security footage. I was informed that there is no surveillance system in place, even though a resident had spotted my vehicle while taking out the trash. Based on this experience, I would not recommend living here if you’re looking for a community that prioritizes safety or provides any form of regular security.

Lived here for almost 4 years at first the place was great!! But once the company was bought the new landlords rhm or hrm or whatever doesn’t wanna fix our bathroom fan so we have to leave the door open which is causing wet marks on the walls of the apartment. Months after they told us to renew our lease which we did however after a couple month they called us again saying we didn’t so we tried to work things out. NOPE!! they gave us two options because “we’re good tenants” that’s to renew lease and pay the same amount or continue but pay an additional 100. After I heard that I didn’t care I wanted to leave as quickly as I could so we decided to pay the extra 100 to leave quicker. Welp the first of the month came and they tried to charge us an extra 200. I called the company HR and complai
