they do not care about the tenants. They only care about the money they will kick you out. Don’t give you a heads up. They will keep the deposit claiming that you have to pay the damages of a place that was already damaged. They do not care. They will try to rush you out the apartment and still pay rent when you still trying to save to move out when they tell you to move out, they will still tell you to pay rent when you try to save money to move out. Does that make sense I understand you want to pay a little but not the the whole amount of rent. You have to save if they did that and then they would give you a bill to deposit for themselves They will get bad karma I was staying at a place for five years. It was not in good condition and then K. wants to see what to be fixed and never hear

The house i rented on Charley Street un muncie is an unsafe dump. It's been over 2 years since my lease ended and still don't have my security deposit back

Worst company I have ever rented from. Slumlords and the secretary pepper sprayed me and my daughter when I confronted them about selling the house I rent and stealing the rent I paid! Leah even hit my daughter!! Thank god we have video evidence if everything and a paper trail for the last 2 years so my new landlord can see I haven’t lied about anything when I say they have never fixed anything in my house! And seems to be every website I try to check out for this company or chad it all comes up as Alabama or insurance agents and etc!! I would highly recommend if you rent from them you go to their office because they even moved their office once confronted about fraud and embezzlement

Horrible company. They bought out the apartment complex i live in may of this year and told residents they have to get utilities in our name. You need a copy of the lease to get this done. This company will not return calls to set up a time to get a lease done. The office is never open. Their phone number goes straight to voice mail. Beware of dealing with full spectrum properties. This whole thing seems like a scam.

Worst company I ever delt with they refuse to repair anything. If they do repair anything it's just enough to get by and takes them 6 months to get there to do it. I had a water leak in my kitchen under my sink called them took them months to come time they did my whole kitchen floor fell threw.
