FSI did the flooring in our new build home. The flooring dips in many areas and certain spots even buckle when you step on them, while other spots are elevated where it’s like a hill in my floor. After months and months of waiting for someone to remedy the situation they finally sent an inspector. This gentleman measured and took pictures and said it was over 1.5” above the tolerance that’s allowed. We were told they received his report and ordered the flooring to fix our many problem areas. After another month of waiting we get a new contact person who stated we needed to be re-evaluated. Another couple weeks and another inspection and this gentleman states it’s definitely uneven but he doesn’t have the proper tools to show it. Now we can’t even get a response from fsi. Terrible customer

I got flooring done by FSI design in my home and while overall its good, theres some major issues they havent fixed in literally 3 months now. The flooring has hairline fractures in places and part of the flooring on the stairs was lifting. And the long wait is not just that theres a supply shortage or something. About 3 months ago, I had a long email conversation with them and explained the situation, and at a certain point they just stopped answering and stopped giving me updates. From the start our experience was a head ache. The customer service is not there at all. very unhappy with my experience and will not work with nor recommend them to anyone.

Their drivers are dangerous, i will never use them.
