Frederick Court Apartments

No ability to contact the leasing office. No office on site. Would never recommend or lease here ever again. My AC broke and I was left without a replaced AC unit during summer. Had to pay for my own hotel to get out of the heat. Had to finally get in touch my management office and speak with a supervisor to get a temp ac in my unit. Electricity was hooked up to the wrong unit the entire time I lived here. Was paying for someone else's electric bill the entire time. Awful. Disappointing experience living here overall.

You will never be able to get in touch with their leasing office. You must go through the property management company to request info. Their phone systems don’t work. If you call them the phone will pick up with no answer then hang up after 20 seconds.

the management response to my calls after 7 or 8 time calling and i can't even leave voice mail, no washer and dryer in units,new tenants need to buy washer and dryer and bring to their apartment in 2th or 3th floor.

Nice apartments. Little high in rent I think. If u renew the lease, the price goes up each time u resign.

Oh yea I moved my friend here. It's beautiful tucked away, perfect.
