Franklin Place Apartments

What a great place to live. Maintenance is so good, but really impressed with our new manager, Jesus. He is always in the property walking, and at times running taking papers and placing them on our doors. Always has a smile on his face and it's so contagious. The team is so nice and I love it here

The only downfall I can say is having so many property managers in the last yearr of living here but other than that I like it. The complex as a whole has its ups and downs like any other complex. Maintenance has always been on it especially for only having 1 maintenance guy until recently. The property manager we have now always keeps everyone informed on what's going on and he's actually trying to bring the community together by doing fun activities at the office for families! He is doing his best to get this community where it needs to be. Its definitely priced well for a 3bdroom and most of the neighbors are great.

So far so good! My family and I are new to the Franklin area. We signed in early September after anticipating an earlier date. Turns out they were in the midst of transferring ownership so once the new owner was solidified, Jesus made sure to take care of all of our needs and everything we are looking for, even though we were approved prior to his administration. Highly recommend, especially in today’s day. Definitely up and coming, time will show that

My niece recently moved into this property. She is very happy and her apartment looks great. I helped her move in. I am in the market for a new place but I think Franklin may be to south for me or I would be applying here as well. My niece had a great experience with staff. The property is definitely older but has been clean every time I was there and looks like they are doing a lot of landscaping work to spruce it up. Highly recommend!
