City View Farm Apartments

My son and I have lived here for almost 3 years and we absolutely LOVE IT! My apartment is beautiful and my neighbors are kind. If I ever have/had a maintenance issue they are always quick to respond. Is the rent high, yes, however I do not have to pay for anything to be fixed and as a single momma this alone alleviates anxiety of something breaking. I have always felt safe here, even walking in late at night. We are also only a mile walk on Jefferson to get to downtown Franklin AND a hop away from the fairgrounds. I don’t see us moving anytime soon. Love calling Cityview Farm home!

Do not expect to get to your job after a snowfall like we had January 24-25, 2026 if you do not have a big truck and choose to live here. It’s 3 hours shy of 24 hours since the snow stopped falling and no plow in sight. And you need to have your own shovel to shovel in front/back and sides of car. Even then there’s no way to make it out of the parking lot without someone pulling or pushing you with their big trucks. The one good thing I’ve seen the last 24 hours are the good deeds of neighbors. Corporate doesn’t care about its community no matter the facade it puts out there. Apartments are nice, but the headaches that come with … if you’re old, this is not the place for you.

City View Farm was amazing. I lived there for roughly a year, and the property manager (Tracy) is phenomenal!! She was always there to help me with any questions and was very warm and inviting. I NEVER felt like I was "bothering" her like I have felt in the past with other apartment property managers at other apartment complexes. The maintenance staff (Andres) was also amazing!! The grounds were always clean, and we rarely had any maintenance issues. The apartments are very well maintained, and Andres makes it a priority to make sure your maintenance issues are addressed properly and in a timely manner. If I could give City View Farm 10 stars, I absolutely would!!

I have lived at City View Farm Apartments for the past 3 years and have enjoyed living here! The staff are always friendly and responsive. Maintenance is very responsive and always gets the job done! The apartments are cute, roomy and a great value for the price. They have upgraded my apartment as well during the time I have lived here and the upgrades were very nice! The grounds around the complex are very well maintained as well. For apartments, these are top notch in the Franklin area!!

My wife and I moved here in December of 2022. These apartments were some of the "cheaper" apartments in Franklin but were still quite expensive at that. For a 2BR/2BA, we were paying 1300$ a month for 1 year. Our rent increased the following year to 1350$ Your utilities could range from 80-200$ a month depending on the time of year. As of this posting, our unit is up for grabs @ 1395$ a month. (Of course this will never stabilize as companies like this have to keep making more and more money despite the fact that no additional value is ever provided for your increased rates.)
