BMO Bank N.A Branches

So it’s highly concerning that this is a financial institution and when I pay a bill and I have more than enough money in my account and then it gets refunded makes it inconvenience if I have enough money in my account and I pay a bill the bank shouldn’t return it. The bank shouldn’t mess with it. I need my bills paid on time and this is an inconvenience to when a financial institution. It was $19.41 for a bill and I had more than enough money in my account it got paid and then you returned it to the institution and so now I have to call and have that bill re-processed I’m sorry, but it’s a we’re talking about a bank and it is highly concerning. If you don’t know how to run a bank and manage people’s money I am. I’m very pissed off that I’m highly confused. I’m highly considering switching

I’ve been with BMO since I 1st moved to Franklin 2 years ago. Location from my home is a bit inconvenient mainly due to the lights and traffic to get to and from. Tellers and staff have been very friendly and helpful. Problems start with their policies. Savings account sat empty for 2 days because I transferred my money to a different bank that has better interest. Didn’t know that they will just close the account if at a $0 balance so my automatic deposit from my pay was screwed up because the account was closed with no notice. My checking account was frozen and now have to set up a new account because of one unauthorized ach transaction from one of my normal bills. I just wanted to put a stop payment but that’s not how they do it. Was debating switching banks just so I could have a close

they lock your account and don't tell you so when you go to use your card you can't, then have to wait days. they froze my savings account for no reason and i can't even use the online banking to see my accounts. left me with no money, no helpful information and MY ACCOUNT IS STILL FROZEN. i will be closing my account WHENEVER they fix it

Christina Taylor at the Franklin branch was very rude. I know we arrived right before closing, but that is no excuse to be curt. Her title is relationship banker.... that's a relationship I don't need. I'll be transferring my account to a different bank.

BMO has been my bank for 20 years. They are more than a bank for me, they are advocates for my financial support and protection. BMO has supported me when I made a bad decision to buy online they immediately stepped in to stop a business for cyber crime and trying to take control of my account. Even when there were no BMO Harris Banks in the state or town I lived in, BMO was there for me as if they were a block away. I love my bank. BMO Harris Bank is like family to me.
