Brixin Franklin Apartments & Townhomes

Absolutely recommend! Property is clean and quiet and front staff are amazing. Everything from holiday outdoor decoration contests to get together at the front office. I truly loved this place and would definitely choose them again if I ever moved back in state. The homes are newly renovated and beautifully done. Lots of space in the home especially with the high ceilings in the 4 bedroom.

Very nice quiet community. Tiffany in the office is an absolute Rockstar!!. It's always an absolute pleasure talking with her. She goes way above and beyond her role for our community.

I stop by monthly to check in and really love the good positive vibes I get. Tiffany always has a smile and welcomes everyone with open arms. If you are looking for a great place to live with wonderful staff, this is the place.

We moved here this past spring. The townhouses are nice. The folks in the office are great, friendly, and helpful. Our neighbors are wonderful. Like most places, you will find the one neighbor who tries to take advantage of your kindness then blame you when you decide to quit being taken advantage of!

Was shopping around for apartments for my future! This looked so beautiful!! I went inside and talked to this nice lady named Tiffany!! She showed me everything I needed to know!! I suggest talking to her if you need Anything!! Great place!!
