Founders Pointe Apartments

I have lived here for over a year and had nothing but positive experiences all the way around! In fact, I just renewed my lease for another 15 months. I absolutely love my apartment and the layout. The office staff is phenomenal always very responsive to any maintenance request or issue I may have. They keep the grounds clean and well kept. I always enjoy the updated seasonal landscaping. I also love the package system they have in place. I would absolutely recommend this place to anybody and have even encouraged family and close friends to be my neighbors! I have rented most of my life and have experiences with really great property management groups and landlords in really not so great ones. Founders Pointe and their staff is top tier

I absolutely love Founders Point! I don’t live here, but my son does. I’m here A-LOT Either visiting or cat sitting, as my son travels quite often. I’ve had experience with everything from the office staff, to the trash system, parking, and even the pest control. It’s always smoothly & professionally ran with no problems. AND it’s gorgeous inside & out! 😊

This place is absolutely not worth the rent or headache. Maintenance never showed up on time and ignored our work orders. The walls are paper thin — we could hear our neighbors arguing every night and even their phone alarms. I asked for a downstairs unit before i moved in since I have a toddler and didn’t want to bother anyone below us. I was told “live your life, it’s apartments.” After that, I kept getting complaints for my child playing and was given “parenting advice” from management. The office staff was rude from day one until the day we moved out. The drawers and cabinets constantly broke because they weren’t installed properly. I hate leaving bad reviews, but if you’re paying this much for an apartment, you expect basic decency, quality, and respect — none of which you’ll find her

I have been living in apartments for 8-9 years and this one was the worse! The rent payment was different each month, paper thin walls and office people that do the bare minimum. The year we lived there was literally one thing after another like the place was cursed. From my 2016 Hell Cat being stolen by my neighbors to their dog barking for over 12 hours Each day. The office said nothing about it to the point where I had to call animal control. My car was also hit by another neighbor. Nothing was done about it. Multiple people have aggressive dogs there and they don’t keep them on a tight leash. The people above us threw trash and dumped beer on me and my dog off their 3rd story apartment nothing was done. The trash service is god awful! They will break the trash can and then you have to

I've absolutely loved living at Founders Pointe! From the amenities, the beautiful apartments, to the friendliness of the staff, I've really felt at home here. It was really important to me to feel a part of a community, and the office has done an amazing job at that with the creative events that they put on throughout the year. From pool gatherings, to game nights, to holiday festivities- they really go above and beyond here. Have very much loved living here!
