Franklin Apartments

This complex is split up into several different managers who run different apartments, I don't know about the rest, but ours (Sue) is wounderful. We've loved how nice our apartment is for it's age and how well it's taken care of. There is no AC, but the apartment is well lit and warm in the winter. About a 15 minutes commute from BYU during heavy traffic. Also the neighbors during our time are really nice!

Be prepared to kiss away a FAT security deposit. If you choose to live here, DO YOUR HOMEWORK. I mean READ THE WHOLE CONTRACT and cover your butt. Take pictures of anything and everything before you bring your stuff in. This complex is so old, and decrepit, and tucked away that it flew under the radar for a long time, so the parking lot was full of pot holes and massive cracks, and there is no AC, and the heating is a joke. Last year when the management company started on the parking lot and charged the landlords, they panicked and got very predatory. Ours told us when we first moved in that the late fee for rent "isn't a big deal if it's just a day or two."
