Beware of FRACISCO REALTY for unjust and excessive retention of renter deposits. After returning a property back to this property management they kept $974.18 of our deposit, Assessing us with and charging us to clean things we had cleaned professionally and personally and returned to them in exceptional condition and better condition than we received it in. In reporting issues (like outside structural damage from a freeze in the winter and falling apart during a freeze), they not only do not come out and fix it, they charge the renter with the repair of it. If you think appliances that are owned by the landlord should be repaired at the cost of the owner, they don't, they take it from your deposit. If you spot paint with the paint they spot painted with before you move in, they charge you
