oh my goddness. I am utterly shocked. First I want to talk about the negatives. First off they do not care about the inconveniences lol. There are so many issues with electric as well as the laundry unit. First off the laundry unit if you do two loads plus drying your clothes thats literally $15. If you are a USI student I suggest that you do the laundry at USI its cheaper it may be tedious but it putting $20 dollars into my account I can do laundry worth of 4 weeks without putting it into my account. They do a lot of maintenance but will only state that they will be here from 8am-5pm and will ask you to put your pets away. I am not a fan about this because I am a student as well as employed. I would appreciate an organized way for them to tell you the time estimate of when they will wor

Basically, if you have a dog and you work a full-time job just to be able to support the rent alone. You can also expect a carpet repayment because your dog will go on the carpet a few times throughout the year and of course they’ll invoice you. Highly don’t recommend these apartments just money hungry landlords. Five dollars per lightbulb change. I don’t even live there anymore and they’re finding ways to charge me after the move out.

Amanda in the office is very knowledgeable on the rules and ensures everyone is up to date. She is very nice and sweet and helpful. If your looking for a nice, safe place to live this is the place. Keep in mind parking can be challenging and laundry can be difficult unless you find the right times. Weekends are never good, just saying

I've lived here for 2 years and I've enjoyed it. I've had some issues with maintenance because I don't have an updated apartment so I have carpet issues (no hard wood). The manager is very friendly and helpful but I agree that there needs to more response to emails. I also wish online rent payments were available. For a single person like myself or a college student its a great place. Wifi is a little slow on the weekends when everyone is home and yes the dumpsters do fill quickly. But there are only 3 of them and there are three 3 story buildings so thats to be expected. Mostly its friendly and quiet. The pool could be open longer in the summer and better notice should be made available. I do wish there were more "community events" like other complexes have, they really don't do anything
