Four Seasons Apartments

Sarah has been the most helpful from tourinf the apartments all the way to moving in. She has been available via email and phone whenever I have had a question or needed clarification. She is very approachable and knowledgeable about everything. She was another reason why we chose Four Seasons as our new home!

I have been a resident of Four Seasons apartment for more many years. I have constant issues with my AC inside my apartment. They have a stuped rule that if the temperature outside is less than 75 degrees, they do not consider it an emergency to fix it even though the temperature inside is above 80. This weekend its the second day in a row we are not able to sleep night time because of it. Opened windows and fan are not making any difference....and it not summer yet.

My husband and I resided at this property for approximately three years, and unfortunately, our experience was consistently negative. There are numerous issues that need to be addressed. We were accused by property management of allowing our dogs to defecate around the complex without picking it up. This accusation was completely unfounded. I always carry waste bags with me and regularly purchase supplies in bulk months in advance, so I was genuinely shocked and offended by this claim. When I requested evidence, none was provided. Management insisted the information came from a “reliable source,” which they identified as their maintenance staff. When I first moved in everything was nice, and the staff are very friendly and help to their best ability. However, they do have a water bug and roach problem, now this may not be every apartment but it shouldn't be that way being that they supposedly spray for this before you move in. Also, there were so many small openings in the windows, floor, and door where the waterbugs could get in. They were not willing to correct the openings between the wall and the floor when I brought this to their attention. I definitely dont think the rent was worth what I what I got. Other than that, the neighborhood is quite and nice for the most part. I wont say it was terrible but it wasn't 5 or 4 stars. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Future residents deserve to know what they’re getting into. This place has a water bug infestation that never gets handled properly. Tenants don’t clean up after their dogs, so you’re constantly dodging dog poop when you walk around. The kids in the complex are out of control—running around screaming, banging on things, and even running into the road with no supervision. It’s loud, chaotic, and. On top of that, if you’re ONE day late on your rent or simply forget to pay for a single day, they’ll slap a notice on your door saying you’ll be evicted in 5 days. No grace, no understanding, nothing.
