The Four corners staff Carla W., Monica and the rest of the staff there at Four Corners were extremely helpful in ensuring that my unit was available when it was time. Also the maintenance guy went above above and beyond in servicing my dryer when I begin having issues with it. The maintenance dept is understaffed given the fact that some residents here are not responsible at keeping the place livable and clean. Besides that it's a place to live. I'm happy to be here.

I've live here for a few years, the management has a very carefree attitude about every complaint. There have been lights out in the hallway for almost two years, as well as we had to deal with the hard lined smoke detectors chirping for about six months. After attempting to take out the garbage I find both compactors are unusable instead of only the one we've been told about, and the front desk was once again, uncaring and unable to assist. Coming to find out they still haven't fixed the smoke detectors because they've gone off multiple times again like they used to...

The dog park is disgusting and clearly ignored by management. There is dog poop literalllyyyyy everywhere, and it’s very obvious no one is maintaining it. yes i think owners should pick up after their dogs, but it’s also the apartments are also responsibly for holding people accountable so this doesn’t happen and also responsible for the upkeep so other residents don’t have to suffer. One of the two fence entrances is broken, which is unsafe and unacceptable. A dog park should be clean and secure….this one is neither.

Hi, Your reply stated that you were “unable to locate an incident matching what was described.” That is deeply concerning. This was not a small misunderstanding. A maintenance tech entered my apartment without notice, without knocking, and without calling — and the incident was recorded on my Ring device. If your system shows no record, that means no note was entered, no memo was left, and no one documented an unannounced entry into a resident’s home. That is not a clerical oversight. That is a breakdown in process and accountability. You also mentioned that we should use the portal for future requests. We are very familiar with the system. We have submitted multiple service tickets since moving here. If you searched our history, then you already know what unit we are in, and you should

Months have passed since my original review and there are more issues than before. Our building is not secure in anyway! Garage gate stuck open for months now, garage entry doors do not function and are tapped open so that we can gain access to our homes. Maintenance requests are marked complete that were never completed. Sending mass emails out is clearly not solving any issues and the fact that there is cameras everywhere and yet there are still dogs pooping in elevators and hallways is crazy. People’s children literally run amuck all throughout the hallways. Consistently passing the buck and telling residents to call 911 for safety concerns is not always the answer. I have lived here for a year and while I love my apartment there are issues. There are issues with the garage entry doors
