The walls are SO thin you can hear everything going on next door. the floors are beautiful however you can her neighbors walking since they are connected. Also ever after requesting my deposit be refunded in writing I never got my $800 back. look are deceiving...stay away.

New York meets Mississippi at its best! The owner was very informative about the history of the building. Mr. Patrick is so inviting, his vision has manifested an upscale retreat. His tenants are so fortunate!

I would not move to this place. Just calling to receive information isn’t pleasant and the man who answers the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional. He is the representative of the property. Since he was extremely rude, I would not recommend living at this property. From my experience, no one needs to be mistreated by people with trashy attitudes. Find some other place to live that respects potential customers and give good customer service. He needs to take some customer service training indefinitely to build customer service skills he lacks.

This is the most racist landlord in the city Patrick comes off as someone that’s really about Jackson but a deep search and conversation you will find he’s true colors, the walls are thin and he takes forever to fix something, not to mention entering your unit without your knowledge!

Great place to live! Owner is nice and property is well kept! Love the loft style
