Foundry by the Park Townhomes and Apartments

Money hungry place!!! On my first night here i’ve seen mice in my kitchen and roaches constantly. Usually I bomb and they go away but lately the roach issue has been a big deal followed with maintenance issues and other concerns. I uploaded maintenance request about my overflowing toilet when I had no idea who feces come out of my toilet and tub. It took two visits to leasing for someone to come out when I been put the request and call in as an emergency. Than once arriving they couldn’t finish the job had to come back tomorrow and left a HUGE MESS FOR ME TO CLEAN WITH FECES EVERYWHERE ALL OVER MY BATHROOM FLOOR !!! DO NOT waste your time and money here these people only care about a check and not the people who actually lives in these buildings !!

All in all this is a nice place to live. My son Noah and I will be going on eight years now. I really like the landscape and who wouldn't love to walk out there back door and see roses and walk out your front door and see well manicured bushes and again roses! I think when you're disabled like myself it just does you well to see beauty wherever you go. Thank you for always treating my son and I with kindness and respect. This is a beautiful place to live, I love the roses going out my back door then the roses out my back door, who wouldn't like roses no matter where you leave your apartment. This place is on the bus line to everywhere. Your kids can enjoy a playground in the middle of our complex. My neighbors here are very nice. A little bumpy on the move-in process, but we got it situated. I've been here 9 months now. I actually like it. There are a couple of issues, like bugs, but if you generally keep things clean and put up and do a barrier spray, it's pretty rare to see them in my building. And if you do notice a problem, they're pretty good at getting pest control over pretty quickly compared to other places I've lived with equal rent costs. The buildings are old. But not run down. You get the quirks you expect when you get into a cheaper older business. But they're good to get them fixed. And thank goodness for the manager, Ms. Liz. She's gotten things moving better and other staff seem better coordinated and better staffed with some better retention of staff so you can trust the people coming in. All

I moved in a June last year and I like it here. You go through normal hassles like you would with any other place. But any time I’ve reported something to management they are really proactive on resolving. But I like my townhome, my lawn, my neighborhood, my child’s school, the nearby shops, and its fair-priced. I’d recommend.

This is where I live. The main entrance door is left open, and people come to smoke directly in front of my apartment door. The smoke enters straight into my apartment. There are even homeless individuals sleeping in front of my door. I have reported this issue to management several times. Their only response has been to look at me with a tense face, without taking any action. These conditions make the apartment unlivable.
