Forest Park North Apartments

Bad management! They lost my rent from several months back and blaming me for it. I have proof and a witness to prove I paid my rent. So my suggestion to anyone who goes to pay their rent needs to make very certain the manager is there. Otberwise, don't leave it there.

Do not move here!! The neighbors are all awful. They sit at home collecting their social security and retirement checks and harass the young mothers who work. I have been given notice of false claims towards me with no proof which they gave me 2 violations. Not 1. 2 for false claims. There is no communication among these people, neighbors or management. I have been spit on by an elderly women. I have been harassed by the man next to me and the lady below me. The lady below me claims marijuana smells come and bother her asthma but then claims to my father she makes and eats edibles?? But frowns upon marijuana which isn’t even in my house. Doesn’t make sense. They have claimed there is a male drug dealer living with me when no man lives with me. I have now bought a camera and had to recharge

UPDATE....I WAS GOING ON MY 3RD YEAR AT THESE APTS, THEY NEVER COULD KEEP A MAINTENANCE MAN, OR A MANAGER. WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN I WENT WITHOUT HEATING AND AIR FOR 4 MONTHS! THE ONLY REASON THEY FINALLY DID SOMETHING ABOUT IT IS BECAUSE MY PARENTS STARTED CALLING CORPORATE, THE 2ND CALL THEY MADE I FINALLY HAD SOMEONE THERE FIXING IT. I NEVER GOT INTO TROUBLE, I WAS A QUIET TENNANT, I WAS NEVER WROTE UP FOR ANYTHING. ON AUGUST 28TH MY DOG AND A STANDARD POODLE GOT INTO A FIGHT, THE DOG HAD ONE BITE, AND THE OWNER WAS IGNORANT ENOUGH TO GET DOWN ON THE GROUND AND BEAR HUG HER DOG, THAT DOG WAS GOING CRAZY, EVERYONE, INCLUDING MYSELF TOLD HER TO GET UP, ONCE IT WAS ALL OVER, SHE YELLED AND THID IS VERBATIM, "I DON'T KNOW WHICH DOG DID IT, BUT I GOT BIT, WELL FROM THE WAY HER DOG WAS ACTING,

To much trouble. Police are always there for something. Management lis awful. HRM is the worst. They totally ignore the residents. Maintenance is non existing. The apartments are nice as they are new.

Very poor customer service! Phones are not answered, calls are not returned. If you want to secure a rental here, good luck. Finally gave up after a few months of being strung along.
