Forest Park Gardens Apartments

I have only been here going on almost two years now. And I want to give 5 stars towards the nice maintenance man who I believe is by himself and short staffed at the moment. But, he always greets us with a smile and getting things fixed for us! Thank you so much!

I would give a 0 if it were an option. I've called and reported this place 2 times for separate issues to the Iredell County Code enforcement officer. Rent at your own risk. Don't expect repairs to be done in a timely manner. They can't keep maintenance on staff and if they do have someone to repair an issue, more than likely it will be the painter repairing a plumbing issue (I'm so serious). Submit all requests in writing. If you have any other option, please think long and hard before choosing this place.

Decent apartment at a good rate. Can't get anything fixed though. Still waiting after 4 months on a leak issue. Had do do my own aluminum foil patch on a hole because it was letting mice in constantly since maintence doesn't show

If I could give this apartment complex a 0 rating, I WOULD. The owners are greedy scammers. My building has flooded, had no running water (11 days straight), no a/c, no steady maintenance man, maintenance men who go in apartments stealing, and the list goes on. Google the apartment name and you’ll see the many news reports on it! Rent is cheap but u get what u pay for. Which is the BARE BARE MINIMUM!

Lived here for 11 mos. The first few mos were bareable. Water was dirty and there was a whole in the wall that I ended up patching myself. I could not renew my lease because my ceiling leaked soo bad and there was mold everywhere. Shootings and lying neighbors caused many disturbances and it's not a safe place to raise children. I believe maintaince stole money and food . Close to my lease being up management took me to court saying I was late on my rent and almost cause me to lose my voucher. The lied and told housing I had people living with me and to my surprise they didnt believe. I got out of there as soon as I could for my safety and my child's.
