I would be very careful with Surrey Homes. They do not have a standard builders contract. Also you are not allowed to have your own inspector, nor do you have any walk through before your final inspection. If there are provlems with the electrical, plumbing or foundation, you will never know. Until they change their company policy to ensure they are selling you a product where you can assess the quality, I would stay away.

Recently purchased and everything was outstanding from Vanessa at the model home, to the interior designer Tera and John the builder. Everybody was always helpful and answered our questions. We love our new home and community. Thank you for everything surrey.

So very obsessed with lights on family homes but refuse to honor important aspects of the neighborhood like lawn maintenance!
