Forest Glen at Newnan Apartments

I just wanted to take a moment to leave a review about how amazing the team is at Forrest Glen at Newnan. From the very beginning, Mia, the Property Manager, made the entire move-in process smooth and welcoming for me and my family. Mia is truly on top of everything and doesn’t let anything slip through the cracks. She responds to calls and emails, keeps residents informed with updates about the property, sends out notices during inclement weather, and even takes the time to send holiday greetings. She is very personable, professional, and you can genuinely tell she is dedicated to what she does. That level of care and communication really makes residents feel valued. I've lived here for 4 going on 5 years and while it's not the ideal place to be staying long-term its a great first apartment. The pros: -great location. Close to downtown -quick response from management -pool -relatively quiet neighborhood The cons: -uneven flooring and very thin floors. If you are an upstairs neighbor you have to be very careful with your steps. -the windows are not properly fitted, which causes gaps even if they are fully closed. Stink bugs love to crawl in those gaps from the outside and come inside. -a lot of things were given the "landlord special"(aka haphazard paint jobs to hide damage or marks) -other tenants will leave their garbage to the side of the dumpster instead of throwing it in. When I say this was the best moving experience I have ever been through. The property manager Mia Goodwin was the sweetest and most helpful person. Any time we called or emailed she got back to us with a quickness. As for the residence, we love that it’s peaceful and quiet. The apartment was clean and appliances were all up to date. Again truly enjoyed this experience and excited to be a new resident.

Since everyone’s reviews were deleted, I am leaving another review for people looking for somewhere to stay. These are the complete worse apartments that I’ve ever lived at. Since moving in my bf and I experienced multiple issues from the cosmetic issues, constant bugs every single day, and emotional distress created from living here. We were at these apartments for a little over a year. We had to kill huge wolf spiders, brown recluse spiders, roaches and small worms every single day. Our apartment had flooded after 2 months of being here. There was no emergency maintenance number to call so basically we had to leave through the night to get a hotel. The next day maintenance came but all they did was paint and dry the floors, after this there was so many cosmetic issues and they were getti

My husband and I toured this place a month ago, and I feel compelled to leave a review because I still have nightmares about this place. First off- we scheduled a tour, called to confirm, and no one was there. We found a random man wearing crocs stomping cardboard boxes. He turned out to be the maintenance man, and said he would show us an apartment. Okay, cool. Walk up the SCARY steep stairs in the weed smelling hallway, to a VERY smelly (like odor fogged) apartment. The floors were so uneven that a marble could run forever, water damage ALL over the bathroom, mold on air vents, and heavy wall damage that was just poorly spackled over. All that for a 1b/1b at $1400??? Yeah, no thanks.
