Used to live here even though it was and no smoking property there were designated smoking areas which were great and the property was always kept very clean

Horrible unsafe parking lot. I'm from out of town, the time it took to walk 15 ft to drop my grkids off a man looked to be breaking into my car. I approached , he had stuck a tow sticker on my car n was yelling at me I can't park in a handicapp spot. I told him yes I can, my placard clearly on my dash. He started yelling n using profanity , directed at me n my 10 year old grdaughter....shouted he was being threatened n to call 911...he said he was the owner of the property..(very doubtful).I told him I will gladly wait for the police....he disappeared...took me another 15 min to scrub the sticker off my window so I could see to drive!! I'm a elderly woman, and this deranged man(I presume) Was clearly out of his mind!! When going to this complex carry mase!
