The worst place to live with the worst leasing office assistance when we have problems! My contract ended this month, May 31st, and we told them that we would not renew more than 2 months ago. They sent us the papers to sign, and we had already moved out! Today, June 1st, they debited the amount of rent for June that was not due because we are no longer there and we had already signed the 30-day notice paper! We sent several emails before they notified us about the delivery of the keys and they never responded, ignoring us! We are now going to look for a lawyer to sue them because of this, our bank account is in the negative since we had to pay our current rent plus rent that is not due!!! I lived here in 2020-2021. I was Navy, or I would have stayed longer. Great place. Very nice apartments, big bedroom and closet. Great first apartment. My keys got stolen when my car got broken into (not at the property) and the manager and maintenance were so fast that same day getting me new keys and locks. I miss my apartment here.

The property management and maintenance team are very helpful, and always available during their allotted times, sometimes longer. The apartment was very nice, and while some of the amenities listed aren't ready yet, they are very obviously being worked on. The only real complaint I have about the complex is they are very bad at keeping the dumpster areas and the pathways leading towards them (mostly the large stairway down from the apartments) clean, and they do not enforce people cleaning after their dogs so the smell of feces is prevalent in certain areas near bushes etc. Other than that I really enjoyed my year living there.

I absolutely love living here I’m leaving because husband is in the navy and we have to be in Florida for like a year and then we will come back and I will definitely will try to be back in this complex Tammy the landlord is amazing she was always on the top of eveything if something for some reason didn’t work or need it to be fix people were there in less that hour I spend pregnat around 3 months by myself and everyone were so nice and helpful my neighbors are great they don’t bother nothing seriously this is an amazing complex to live in, areas are so nice and the administration is always trying their best I will say just some people don’t clean after their dogs but that’s not the complex fault even that they send emails alll the time about it anyways I’m so sad I left but I will be ba
