My fiancée and I rented a house for 4 years that was managed by Bill Grant at Five Star Realty. Our experience with Bill was excellent, especially when compared to other rentals we have had that were managed by larger property management firms. We had very few minor issues with the house over the years (typical of any house) and Bill always responded right away and would come to the house personally to inspect the issue and make sure things were fixed promptly. It’s nice to have that personal touch where the landlord/tenant relationship is handled through friendly texts and phone calls and pleasant conversation when I would stop by the office to drop off a rent check.
