Algonquin Square Apartments

All the office staff and maintenance team at Algonquin Square Apartments are simply awesome. They are very professional and also very friendly. It’s nice too that they seem to know each and every resident by first name. I’ve lived here 7 years and plan to stay indefinitely. These luxury apartment homes are very spacious, nice floor plans, and a pretty community all around. The pool with grill and the very nice clubhouse with fitness center offer everything you need. The best shopping and restaurants are just next door!

Caitlin, Hannan and Brittany have been wonderful welcomers to this new community! They made everything incredibly easy the day of and all the days before, accommodating all our needs and answering all our questions in a timely manner. We’ve had a first rate move in experience!

Just moved in last week, and so far everything is excellent. Our unit was in great condition when we first arrived (paint, carpet, hardwood, bathroom, etc.) We had a few minor issues after settling in, but the maintenance staff was quick to fix those problems. The amenities are wonderful, parking is easy, the hallways and staircases in the buildings are wide enough to easily move furniture, and the staff are quick to respond to any requests.

Abraham and Nestor came over and figured out the problem with our air conditioner. It was not cooling down lower than 80 and running continuously. They worked their usual magic and fixed the problem. They also came back the next morning to check that it was working correctly. Such a great team!

Clean, well maintained, has a club house with activities, pool, dog park, grills.small picnic area, and a duck pond behind the pool area.
