My realtor was Kim Kern and she is amazing!! I'm a first time buyer, so needless to say, I was a bit overwhelmed at times. She was patient with me and explained everything I needed to know. Sometimes multiple times. She never made me feel judged for being nervous and anxious. She helped me get set up with the app so I could look at homes, sometimes before they even hit the open market. She was great at figuring out schedules so we could get in to see various homes. And her advice is wonderful. It's such a complicated chess game with these offers, and I whole-heartedly believe that she's the reason my offer was chosen. I asked her "If it was you, what would you do?" and that's what we did. True Professionals and very polite high energy folks and I've purchased a lot of Real Estate ...The Jones Team is High Energy and help make you feel like your search is their search ."Git er Done types!"...if ya know what I mean? The manager was really rude, they told me to sign to allow them to show me listings of properties. I was a first time buyer they didn’t explain details or nothing. I don’t recommend buying future properties or houses from that company. Extremely poor customer service and I am very disappointed with the company..they are not professionals they don’t care about their clients.
