First Equity Property Management is a fantastic and very professional Property Management company. They are currently managing our HOA. Vince and Ray work extremely hard. Vince and Ray are very responsive to homeowner concerns (within the day).They have made drastically positive improvements to our property over the last 5 years. I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from this company. From the start, communication was poor and my questions were either ignored or answered with vague, unhelpful responses. What should have been a simple process turned into a frustrating experience that took far longer than promised. When I raised my concerns, no one took ownership or offered a reasonable solution. I felt like I was constantly chasing them for updates. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and accountability means I won’t be using their services again. I hope they take customer feedback more seriously in the future.

Vincent has been very helpful in our upcoming relocation! After the recent storms, he had our fence re-built and our front lawn repaired. He has recommended excellent contractors as well.
