We purchased a property from Carol and her partner Jeff that they personally owned. Upon the walkthrough of the property, 2 times, we discussed a mound of tires and the need for them to be removed. It was agreed upon the tires would be removed but due to the snow on top of the tires and freezing temps, they would be removed once they thawed. Again at the closing we discussed the tires and when they would be removed. We were told the tires would be picked up within 2 weeks. They never came. We were then told the tires would be picked up when the county disposal took place. As recently as this week we contacted Carol and her partner to arrange for the pickup of the tires they agreed to pickup in February when we purchased the property. This review is way overdue, but I wanted to make sure our experience as first-time homebuyers last year with Lora was shared. I had a few local agents recommended to me and reached out to them after getting approved; Lora was the only one to respond to me in under 24 hours. She immediately engaged with me and was very thorough when asking about what we were looking for. As first time home buyers my husband and I were clueless and unprepared. Ryan Anderson was our realtor and we can not say enough good things about him. He is super responsive, very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We never felt judged asking questions and honestly felt like his only clients because we never felt rushed. UPDATE AS OF 2/6/19. STILL NO REPLACEMENT OFFER FOR DISHWASHER. I was offered 1/3 of a dishwasher, IF I AGREED TO REMOVE THIS REVIEW!!!: BOY. I don't even know where to start. Except for if you would like someone that understands "real estate" to sell your property or buy one, I suggest to find an agent that understands what they are doing. MY real estate agent had to tripple if not quadrouple send and re-explain nearly every step of the process!! Carol missed that the SELLER "clearly stated" that he is NOT leaving the dishwasher he just bought and still owed on. Hence EVERY APLIANCE WHETHER ATTACHED or NOT was listed that stayed.
