Fireside Luxury Apartments

I’ve lived in five apartments over the last 8 years and the plowing at this complex (especially with how bad the snow has been this winter) is exceptional. It doesn’t matter what time I leave my apartment, there is always a clear sidewalk, salt down everywhere, parking spots cleared out. They are here all the time and absolutely fantastic.

Really disappointed with the issues my parents have had since moving in. My final straw was when I showed up for Thanksgiving and saw their “walkway”. This is unacceptable. The actual sidewalk that goes up to the cars wasn’t cleared, they made a walkway through the grass, however that was filled with ice, someone is going to get seriously hurt. You have to remember you have older people in these complexes, not everyone can easily walkover these snow piles.

We were lucky to find Fireside apartments and lived here for 2 years. The Apartments are nice and updated. Maintenance requests were handled quickly which was great. There's a small gym with a small clubhouse that can maybe fit two people comfortably. Small pool is nice in the summer but often full. I believe you can use the neighboring apartment complex's gym and pool as well which is nice. Few issues: 1. Apartments are overpriced for what you get. This is the suburbs of Buffalo, not DC, Miami, or Chicago. Our neighbors were going to pay nearly $3k for a 3br/2ba which is outrageous. Move in costs may be okay, but each year they WILL raise the rent an unreasonable amount. If I would have know this I wouldn't have moved here. 2. This place kicked me out after just a few months. I work out of town mostly but I do have sleeping issues. I’m on Disability for PDSD as well as Cluster Headaches which if you know what they are worse pain know to a human and can come for days at a time. They kicked me out for noses at night having an attack cluster or whether in my sleep. Told the lady at office and she careless. So if your on disability or have any issues or medical I would not stay there on top of the lady that runs it more worries about kids than running an apartment complex. I know a lot of people are moving and very unhappy with management to pool never fix heated snow plowing the worse. Place is nice but management ruins it. Why everybody is leaving

How do I get in touch with you (the owner) because I was told that someone from the office was looking into it. I have heard nothing and I want to speak to who is above and in charge of the office staff. Do you know I do lot even know how to get my mail, where I am supposed to take my trash, and I have no access to the gym.
